Our mission Project "Petit Trot"
To provide a service to foreigners as well as local tourist when they want to travel in Southern Africa on a tight budget by providing a Land Rover Series III, safari ready.
We will rebuild the Series III's and go through every part of the vehicle to ensure that all visible faults are fixed before it leaves our backyard and even strange "noises" from the engine, gearbox or diffs will be investigated. Each vehicle will do a safari before we decided that its ready for the market.
The vehicles will be safari ready, meaning, equipped with all the necessary camping equipment, maps, tools and recovery gear, all you have to do is to get to the nearest grocery shop, buy your provisions, pack the vehicle with your belongings and off you go. The renting will be more than reasonable, obviously damages and lost of equipment will be recovered from the person hiring the vehicle.
Once project Petit Trot is ready, we will launch it on the web and in the mean time, we will publish our efforts regarding preparing the first Land Rover from time to time.
